My dream was to develop the metacognitive skills of students by connecting the Learner Profile attribute of being a Thinker with the PYP Approaches to Learning Thinking Skills. I wanted students to be able to identify the different types of thinking and when they have used them. Through developing thinking, I hoped to enable students to gain a deeper understanding of all they encounter in their learning.
